Bill Pritchard recently assisted MarketPlace Events in locating and negotiating a lease for a 13,000 sf freestanding facility located at Reno Avenue in Charlotte. MP Events owns and operates 50 convention events nationwide, including the well known Southern Living Show in Charlotte. They preferred a freestanding facility for outdoor staging and required a very large grade level door, which is hard to find in town. Bill came up with several options and negotiated a very reasonable rate.
