Bill Pritchard assisted long time client Nord Gear with renewing their lease for 38,400 sf at Nations Ford Business Park. Facing rising rental rates in a  tight market for second generation mid size spaces, Bill was able to negotiate terms such that the rent increase was minimized while securing the Landlord’s assistance for updating the space.
