Bill Pritchard

Bill Pritchard, a Charlotte native, has been active in the industrial market for twenty years, averaging 25 to 30 leases, sales and listings each year. He began working in the industry for CB Commercial Real Estate in 1988, before establishing his own firm in 1994.

Bill's education includes a BS in math-economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill. His previous work experience before entering real estate includes working for Ferguson Enterprises, a national plumbing wholesaler and Systems Craft, a start up modular construction company.

Bill's knowledge and experience in the Charlotte industrial market allow him to provide detailed information and negotiating skills to companies searching for buildings or raw land. He has also developed a strong reputation among area landlords for helping find tenants or buyers for their property.
