Bill Pritchard

Bill Pritchard, a Charlotte native, has been active in the industrial market for sixteen years, averaging 25 to 30 leases, sales and listings each year. He previously worked for CB Commercial Real Estate for six years, before establishing his own firm in 1994.

Bill's education includes a BS in math-economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill. His previous work experience before entering real estate includes working for Ferguson Enterprises, a national plumbing wholesaler and Systems Craft, a start up modular construction company.
